Isaac, Seth and I have been reading this wonderful, exciting storybook for our read aloud. We are really enjoying it and having a hard time waiting to read more.
One of our assignments was to draw a realistic mouse and a mouse that looks like humans.

After this assignment, we started talking about Anthropomorphism:
attributing human characteristics to animals, things, or ideas.
Then I was out walking and found an example of Anthropomorphism and
I decided to take Isaac and Seth to look at what I found.
A tree with a face! A Narnia tree!
Then we decided we needed to go on a 'Scavenger Hunt' for Anthropomorphism
around the block. And this is what else we found:
Now they think we need to scour the whole neighborhood instead of just the block!!!
What a fun learning experience!
