through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures."

Woah! It's almost the end of May!

Man, I haven't been on this blog in FOREVER!

I just can't keep up with journaling what we're doing, I guess.  I am learning to be diligent about getting our work done.  But I can only juggle so many balls.

I am praying about whether to continue with this blog or just get rid of it.

We'll see...

Woah! It's the End of December!

O my goodness!  I haven't written anything on here since October?  Where did time go?

Methinks I have been a 'wee-bit' busy.

Well, I am almost at the end of our 2 week Christmas break.  Our spring semester starts Monday.  Once begun is 1/2 done, right?  So hopefully it won't be March before I write on here again.

Did I mention I'm getting old?  I can't track well with my brain.  I have to write everything down.  I feel like I need to store up energy to handle life, but don't know where to get it.  The Lord has been my sustaining power.  At the doctor on Monday, I was told I need thyroid medicine.  And miracle of miracles, it might help my brain feel clearer and fix alot of the symptoms that have been making me think I am old.  I am thinking that sounds like a pretty good deal!

Especially since 41 isn't REALLY that old.  Unless you are looking at it from a teenager's perspective.  In which case, it is positively ANCIENT!

That's my story, for what it is worth.

Week 11 - Check!

Whew!  What a busy week!  Our church had revival services Sun.-Wed. nights, and then on Thursday, I had my young moms ministry in the morning and a homeschool event at night.  Both of these were held at church too.  I love church, but I will be glad to have a break until Sunday!  :)

Needless to say, we have been a little tired.  We still took care of the basics this week and we squeezed in a few extras.  I wasn't thinking earlier or I would have taken pictures while the boys carved their pumpkins.  Oh well.  I'll try to get a picture of the pumpkins in the morning.  It is too dark now.

We are on target in all the major subject areas.  I need to be a little more diligent in art especially.  But I am making progress in faithfulness.  Thank You, Jesus!

Three more weeks and we get to take our second break!
